I completed and submitted all the required documents without any issues, yet no payment has been made to my bank account. What is even more frustrating is that I have received no explanation or update regarding the status of my withdrawal.
When I reached out to customer service, the only response I was given was to “keep waiting.” No timeline, no reason for the delay, and no indication of when I can expect to receive my money. My user ID ends with 3967. I requested the full amount without any commission deduction, and so far, nothing has been processed.
I find it unacceptable that such a large withdrawal remains unresolved for this long, especially after providing all documents correctly. Deposits are processed instantly, but withdrawals seem to be ignored, leaving users like me financially stuck.
I demand that my ₺35,000 withdrawal be completed immediately and the full amount deposited into my account. 1win must take responsibility and resolve this issue without further delay.
