I am using the FamPay UPI wallet in Surat, Gujarat, India, and on February 8, 2026, at around 9:52 a.m., I deposited $14 with the intention of adding this money to my 1win wallet. The transaction reference ID is FAMPIB4543778540. Although the amount was successfully debited from my FamPay wallet, it has not been credited to my 1win wallet, and the payment status on FamPay still shows as “pending.” I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from them so far. I request that the $14 either be credited to my 1win wallet as intended or immediately reversed and refunded to my original payment method, along with a clear explanation of why this transaction has remained pending for such a long time.
