Failed Debit/Visa Card Deposits on 1win
Dear 1win support team, can you please help me? I am registered to a 1win account with the ID 30077***. When I try to deposit money into my account using a debit or Visa card, it keeps saying "payment process failed, try again." I’ve tried several times, but I keep getting the same message. I even went to the bank, and they told me there is no problem on their side. Please help me deposit the money into my 1win account.
