I Cannot Deposit Money Into My 1win Account Despite Many Attempts

My 1win ID is 327735***, and I've tried to put money into my account 10 to 15 times, but each time it was turned down without explanation. Even though I did everything right and paid the right amount, the platform kept refusing my deposits and didn't help me properly. Every time I called customer service, they told me to "check with your bank," which didn't help because everything on my bank's end is working fine. They asked me for several pieces of proof, which I gave them right away. But when I asked them to back up what they said, they didn't answer. It's very frustrating to be left without answers, especially after so many attempts to deposit money and clear communication. I want 1win to either fix their payment system or give me a straight answer. I also want them to look into my case and let me make deposits into my account. This kind of lack of response is not okay for a site that deals with real money.
