After noticing that the money did not appear in my account, I contacted 1win customer support. The only response I received was to wait. However, despite waiting, the deposit still has not been reflected in my account, and no clear explanation has been provided. I am requesting that the $1,000 deposit made on January 10, 2026, via bank card be immediately credited to my 1win account (User ID: 328266957), or that I receive a clear, documented explanation detailing where the funds are and why they have not been processed.
