I am writing to report a problem with my withdrawal on 1win and to request that it be resolved as soon as possible. I requested a withdrawal of 4,599.00 Nigerian Naira yesterday at about 7:30, using my Opay account, but more than 24 hours have passed and the money has still not been received in my Opay wallet. My 1win account ID is 335502***. I have made many successful withdrawals in the past using this same Opay account, so this sudden delay is unusual for me. Because of this, I contacted 1win customer support, and they directed me to send an email. I followed their instruction, but I have not received any response by email either, and I still do not have the withdrawn amount. I kindly request that my withdrawal of 4,599.00 NGN be processed immediately or that I be clearly informed of the reason for the delay and when I will receive my money. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, and I would like a clear explanation so that I can continue using the platform with confidence.
