I am writing regarding a withdrawal problem I have been experiencing with 1win. On 22 February 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 29,000 via bank transfer to my Opay bank account in Nigeria, but the money has still not been received. For the past week, I have been contacting your customer support regularly about this missing withdrawal. Each time I reach out, I am told the same thing: that the payment is “processing”, but no clear update, time frame, or solution has been provided, and the money has still not arrived in my bank account. I request that my 29,000 withdrawal be completed and credited to my Opay bank account as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear and verifiable explanation of where my money is and when it will be paid. I also expect a written confirmation once the issue has been fully resolved.
