I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am experiencing with 1win. I requested a withdrawal of 100,550 naira via bank transfer to my Opay account in Nigeria, and the status has been pending for more than three days without any progress or clear update.

When I contacted 1win customer support, I was instructed to send an email to the support team. I did so, but I have not received any response for nearly two weeks, which is extremely concerning given the amount involved and the lack of communication.

In addition, I was asked to provide documents for verification, but I do not have the requested documents and only have my NIN available for verification. I respectfully request that my withdrawal of 100,550 naira be processed and paid to my Opay bank account without further delay, that my NIN be accepted as sufficient verification if possible, and that I receive a clear update regarding the status of this transaction.
