PM-Betting Bonus Locked Issue – Money Not Available to Use

On March 31, 2026, at 3:17 p.m., I deposited 550 into my account on pm-betting.com (ID/reference: 220971123). After completing the payment, the amount was placed into a “temporary locked bonus” status and is currently shown as temporarily locked.
Because of this restriction, I am unable to use the balance as expected. I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but they did not provide any clear explanation or solution, and the funds remain locked.
I request that the amount of 550 be immediately released from the “temporary locked bonus” status and credited to my usable balance so I can use it freely as intended.
