MyIQ Transaction Dispute

March 31 3:36 PM128

I recently completed a once-off IQ test on the website myiq.com, for which I paid approximately R14. At the time of the test, I did not agree to any form of ongoing subscription or recurring payment, and my clear understanding was that this was a single, once-off purchase. However, on 31 March 2026, an amount of R541.21 was unexpectedly deducted from my bank account by MYIQ via my bank card. I did not knowingly subscribe to any membership or recurring service, nor was I clearly informed that further charges would follow after the initial IQ test payment. I request that the amount of R541.21 be refunded to me as soon as possible and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details be immediately cancelled so that no further unauthorized deductions are made from my account. I also ask for written confirmation of the cancellation and refund process.
