On August 18, I submitted a ₺12,500 withdrawal request from my 1win account (User ID: 846****85). Even though 10 full days have passed, the money has still not been deposited into my bank account. The withdrawal status remains stuck on “under review,” with no progress or clear explanation.
During this period, I contacted live support multiple times. Each time, a ticket was opened, but instead of giving me a proper update, they repeated the same vague response: “Your request is under review.” This repeated stalling has been extremely frustrating, especially since I have already completed all requested ID and document verifications without any issues.
I have never faced such a delay with 1win before, and this experience has made me lose trust in their withdrawal process. Customers should not have to wait this long for their own money, especially when all requirements have been met.
I demand that my ₺12,500 withdrawal be processed immediately and credited to my account without further delay. 1win must take responsibility, stop hiding behind “under review” responses, and ensure users receive their funds promptly.
