I’m a registered user on 1Win (ID: 96174***, email: k***@gmail.com) and submitted a withdrawal request of ₺1,180 on July 22. Since then, the payment has not been processed. I opened a support ticket, and the platform stated that I would receive a response within 1 to 7 days. However, it has now been 9 days, and I still haven’t received any assistance or explanation regarding the delay.

I’ve checked my account repeatedly, and the status hasn’t changed. No one from customer service has reached out or provided updates. This lack of transparency and delay is extremely frustrating, especially when users are left in the dark with their funds hanging.

I urgently request 1Win to process my withdrawal immediately and communicate clearly regarding delays. I expect my ₺1,180 to be transferred without any further excuses.
