1Win Refusing to Process My Withdrawal Despite Repeated Requests

On November 28, I submitted a withdrawal request on the site called 1Win, but the payment was never sent to my account. Later on, the site reloaded the money back into my balance, bringing it to $96, so I submitted another withdrawal request — but that request also never went through.

I contacted live support multiple times, and each time I was told the transaction was “under review” and that I needed to wait, yet no real action has been taken. I haven’t been able to withdraw my money for nearly a week, and this has caused significant frustration. It is unacceptable for a platform that claims to be well-established to delay and postpone a $96 payout for this long.

I request that my $96 be paid out to my account in full and without further delay.
