1win Refuses Help After Withdrawal Triggered Cyber Complaint

I am writing regarding an issue with 1win after a recent withdrawal to my UPI account. I withdrew 25,000, and the money was successfully credited to my bank account. However, after this transaction, a “cyber complaint” was reportedly placed in connection with this payment, even though I had only used 1win normally and received the funds. After this first withdrawal of 25,000, I also received a further 2 rupees to the same bank account. When I contacted 1win customer support about the “cyber complaint” and asked them to clarify the situation, they denied any responsibility and said that they did not do anything and that they do not have access. They also stated that they cannot help me regarding this matter. In addition, their chat support is not working properly, which makes it even more difficult for me to get clear information or assistance. In this situation, I request that 1win provide me with a clear No Objection Certificate related to any cyber complaint and confirm in writing that they have no complaint or issue against me, so that I can clear this matter with the relevant cyber authorities and my bank. I expect 1win to cooperate fully and help resolve this situation, since the complaint appears to be connected with payments coming from their platform.

Why are you not contacting your payment provider to find out why they filed a cyber complaint against me? If you do not have the authority to resolve this, does that mean you are providing our bank details to third parties for deposits and withdrawals on your platform? I used the payment details provided by your system for my account. Can you please explain how your system works and why I am facing this issue? I expect a proper investigation and a clear explanation.
