Garena Refused to Recover My Free Fire Account After I Lost Access

I am writing about a problem with my Free Fire account that I have lost access to and that Garena Free Fire Support has so far refused to help recover. In 2024, I lost my mobile phone together with the SIM card and access to the Gmail address linked to my Free Fire account. Since then, I have been unable to log in to my account. My account details are as follows: UID 2925511300 on the Bangladesh server. I contacted Garena Free Fire Support by email and requested help with account recovery, but the response I received was that they could not recover my account, without offering any alternative solution. I am the original and rightful owner of this account and I am ready to provide any additional information or verification data you may need. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be recovered, or that you clearly explain what exact documents or verification steps are required so that I can regain access to my account. I expect this issue to be reviewed once again with care and that a solution is provided so I can access my account again.
