WePlay Permanently Banned My Account After a Single Heated Argument

I am writing regarding my account on WePlay with the in‑game username “Svaze,” which was permanently banned on March 28 in the United States region. I believe this punishment is too harsh for what happened and I would like my situation to be reviewed. During a match, another player started cursing at me repeatedly. I reacted out of anger and also used some bad language, but it was not one‑sided harassment; I was responding to being insulted. I understand that this was not appropriate and I accept that my behavior could deserve a warning or a temporary penalty. However, receiving a permanent ban for this incident feels unfair, especially given that the other player was also cursing me out. I kindly request that you review the chat logs from that match and reconsider the decision. I would like the permanent ban to be removed and, if needed, replaced with a warning instead. I am willing to follow the rules more carefully and avoid such situations in the future.
