FamPay Created an Account in My Mother’s Name by Mistake

On 27th of this month, while trying to create a new account on Fampay for myself, I mistakenly completed the registration using my mother’s Aadhaar details. Because of this, the entire Fampay account has been created in my mother’s name instead of mine, and now the app is asking for her PAN card, which she does not have. This situation is causing us concern, as my mother never intended to open a Fampay account and does not use this service. I tried to reach out to Fampay support, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that you completely remove and delete the Fampay account that has been opened in my mother’s name with her Aadhaar number, so that her details are no longer registered on your platform. After that, I would like to be able to create a fresh account with my own details only. I request that you resolve this issue as soon as possible and confirm the deletion of the incorrect account.
