I have been using my eFootball Mobile account with a Konami ID registered under the email address premiumgee***@gmail.com for about five months. Recently, when I tried to log in through the official Konami website in order to register for a tournament, I noticed that a different, unfamiliar email is now shown on my account. I never registered this other email, and I am very worried that my account may have been hacked. I play from Kenya and I urgently need to join a tournament, but I am unable to access and manage my account properly because of this suspected unauthorized email change. I even tried logging in using another account, and on the website it says I have not linked my Konami ID, while in the app it shows that I am logged in, which is very confusing and makes it harder for me to fix the problem myself. I have already contacted support and used the available help options, but the response I received indicated that the process may take a long time. This is a serious problem for me because the tournament registration is time‑sensitive, and if this is not resolved within the next day, I may completely miss the opportunity to participate. Over the last months, I have also spent approximately Ksh 400 in real money on this account for in‑game purchases, so it is important for me not to lose access to it. I kindly request urgent, priority handling of my case, that my account be immediately checked for unauthorized access, that the suspicious email be removed, that any unauthorized user or hacker accessing my account be blocked, and that my Konami ID be secured and recovered back to my original email, premiumgee***@gmail.com, as quickly as possible so that I can safely continue using my account and complete my tournament registration in time.
