1win PhonePe UPI Deposit Not Credited Despite Proof

I am writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue with my 1win account which has caused me serious concern and frustration. On 31st March at 11:22 PM, I made a deposit of Rs 50,000 to my 1win account (Account ID: 337243***) via PhonePe UPI in India. The PhonePe transaction ID for this payment is T2603312322204376101408 and the bank UTR number is 822584011777. The payment was successfully completed on my side, and I have all the necessary proof of the transaction, yet the amount has still not been credited to my 1win account. On the same day, 31st March, I contacted 1win customer support and provided every document and screenshot they requested as proof of payment. Despite this, I was repeatedly told to wait and the process kept getting delayed, and in the end I was simply informed that the payment had failed, without any clear or satisfactory explanation. Meanwhile, my Rs 50,000 remains stuck and has neither been added to my account nor refunded to my original payment method. This situation has been extremely stressful for me, especially considering the large amount involved and the lack of a clear and timely resolution. In addition, I previously tried to submit a complaint about this issue, but it was not published, which has made the whole process even more frustrating and has left me feeling ignored. I request that my Rs 50,000 deposit from 31st March 11:22 PM, made via PhonePe UPI with transaction ID T2603312322204376101408 and UTR 822584011777, either be credited to my 1win account without any further delay or be immediately refunded to my original payment method. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation as to why this issue has been prolonged for so long despite my providing all requested evidence.
