1win Verification Error Claims Multiple Accounts and Blocks Access


I use the 1win mobile application and on 13/01/2026 my account suddenly ran into a verification problem. When I try to use my account, I receive a warning saying that I already have another account and that multiple accounts are not allowed. Because of this, my account is effectively blocked and I cannot continue using it properly. There is a balance of 1980 in my 1win account and I want either my account to be unblocked and verified, or at least to be allowed to withdraw my money. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but I did not receive any response from them and my problem is still unresolved. I request that my account be checked again, that the unjust “multiple accounts” restriction be removed if there is no violation, and that I be allowed to access my account or withdraw my full balance of 1980 as soon as possible.
