1win KYCAID Verification Stuck and Withdrawal Blocked

I am writing about a serious issue with my 1win account in India, used via the website. My user ID is 321495***. Since 14 June 2026, I have been unable to complete verification through KYCAID and therefore cannot withdraw my funds. My account is simply not getting verified, and as a result my withdrawals remain blocked. I currently have a balance of 9500 in my 1win account that I want to withdraw. I have already uploaded all the requested KYC documents and completed the process on my side, but the verification is still not finalized and the system is not allowing me to proceed with withdrawal. During the last 5 days, I have contacted 1win customer support multiple times about this verification problem, but I have not received any useful assistance or a clear explanation of what is wrong with my account. Recently, support has stopped replying entirely, which is very frustrating and makes me worried about the safety of my funds. I request that my account be verified as soon as possible, either through KYCAID or by any kind of manual verification, so that I can withdraw my money without further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of what caused this verification issue and written confirmation that my funds will be paid out in full.
