I am writing regarding an issue with my 1win withdrawals that still has not been resolved. On March 9 at around 1:30 AM, I created three separate withdrawal requests of ₹1,200 each, for a total of ₹3,600, to my RBL account via Google Pay UPI. In the system, these withdrawals are shown as “in process,” but no money has been credited to my bank account. My player ID is 351496540.
I have previously made successful withdrawals from 1win to the same UPI account without any problem, so this is clearly not a first-time setup issue. After noticing that the funds had not arrived, I contacted 1win support. However, they keep repeating the same generic response, asking me to kindly wait, without providing any specific information, transaction reference, or investigation result. They also did not share any withdrawal or transaction ID for these three requests.
UPI transactions are normally received very quickly, so it is not reasonable that since March 9 my withdrawals are still missing while being shown as processed on your side. This situation is causing me serious concern and distrust.
I request that my three withdrawal requests totaling ₹3,600 be urgently reviewed and either immediately credited to my RBL Google Pay UPI account or, if there is any issue, clearly explained with documented proof such as transaction references. I also expect a clear and detailed response instead of generic messages telling me to wait.
