1win 50000 INR IMPS Withdrawal Marked Successful But Not Credited

I made a withdrawal request of ₹50,000 from my 1win account via IMPS to my Axis Bank account on 30 November 2025 at around 10:03 PM. In the 1win system, this withdrawal is marked as “successful”, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account even after more than 72 hours. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, and they asked me to provide my bank statement, which I have already shared with them. Despite this, the money has not been credited. My Axis Bank has also confirmed, and my statement clearly shows that no such ₹50,000 IMPS credit has been received or is pending for that date. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either immediately crediting ₹50,000 to my Axis Bank account or refunding the same amount back to my 1win wallet, along with clear written confirmation of the final status of this transaction.
