1win Money Not Credited In My Bank Account

I am writing about an unresolved issue with a withdrawal I made on 1win from my account with ID 52626***. On 3rd April 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹40,000 via IMPS. On your platform, the payment status shows as successful, but the ₹40,000 has not been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the money had not arrived, I contacted 1win customer support. They informed me that the payment is successful from your side, but despite this, the amount is still missing in my bank account and I have not received the funds. I request that 1win urgently investigates this failed credit and ensures that the ₹40,000 is credited to my bank account as soon as possible, or otherwise clearly resolves the discrepancy so I do not suffer any financial loss.
