Facing an issue with a withdrawal on the 1win platform and need urgent support. On 29 May at around 6:37 am, I initiated an IMPS withdrawal of ₹1,400 from my 1win account to my Union Bank of India savings account ending with 2746. Since then, the withdrawal has been continuously showing as pending on the 1win platform and the money has not been credited to my bank account. The status is not changing and I have not received any clear response or resolution about where the transaction stands. I request 1win to immediately process this withdrawal and deposit the ₹1,400 into my Union Bank account without any further delay. I also ask for a clear confirmation once the amount is successfully credited Id 348109275
