1win Has Not Credited My UPI Deposit or Processed My Withdrawal


I am writing to report a problem I am experiencing with 1win regarding both deposit and withdrawal transactions made today via UPI through Paytm. The money I deposited today has not been credited to my 1win account, and at the same time my withdrawal request has been delayed for several days. After noticing that the deposit did not arrive and the withdrawal was not processed, I contacted 1win customer support. They initially replied that they were working on my transactions, but after that they stopped responding to my messages and I have not received any update or solution. I request that my deposit made today via UPI through Paytm be credited to my 1win account without any further delay and that my pending withdrawal be processed as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation for these delays and the lack of response from customer support.
