1win Fails to Deliver 300,000 PKR to Easypaisa Accounts

I requested a withdrawal of 300,000 PKR from my 1win account (ID: 302928135) on March 21, 2026. The withdrawal has been marked as “successful” in the 1win system for over 24 hours, but I have not received any funds on my end.
The amount was supposed to be paid in PKR to two Easypaisa accounts: 150,000 PKR to the Easypaisa account under the name Ameer Ham** (03011261449), and 150,000 PKR to the Easypaisa account under the name Shoukat Al*** (03173503302). However, not a single rupee has been received in either account, and the balances remain unchanged, even though the withdrawal is marked as completed in 1win.
I contacted 1win support, and they asked me to provide a video as proof. I have already submitted the video along with all the requested details. Despite this, I still have not received my 300,000 PKR, nor have I been given a clear explanation or a proper resolution.
I request that my missing withdrawal of 300,000 PKR be urgently investigated and either credited to the two Easypaisa accounts listed above without further delay or fully returned to my 1win balance so I can access my funds. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
