1win Fails to Credit $5 After Successful Google Pay Deposit
On January 6, 2026, at around 5:24 p.m., I made a payment of $5 from my Bank of Baroda account ending in 4288 through Google Pay to add balance to my 1win account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 1win wallet. I contacted Google Pay and my bank regarding this issue, and both confirmed that the problem is on 1win’s side. After that, I also submitted the UTR number for this transaction to 1win, but I still have not received any response or resolution from them. I request that the $5 deducted from my Bank of Baroda account via Google Pay on January 6, 2026, at 5:24 p.m. be credited to my 1win wallet as soon as possible, and that I be informed once this correction has been completed.
