I am a 1win user with the username “Shubh S***” and account ID 333748***. Yesterday at around 1 p.m., I lost access to the email address linked to my 1win account and since then I have been unable to manage or update my account details properly. Because I no longer have access to that email, I am concerned about the security of my account and any future notifications or verification requests that may be sent there. I want to continue using my account safely, but the old email is no longer accessible to me. I contacted your customer support about this situation under enquiry number 620930, but even after more than 10 hours I have not received any solution. I was only told to wait 24 hours, which leaves my account in a vulnerable position and prevents me from using it normally. I kindly request that my registered email address be updated as soon as possible so that I can securely use and manage my 1win account again. The problem was solved after I contacted customer support and provided the required documents. They may ask you to send the transaction receipt of your last or a random deposit to verify that you are the real account owner.
