I deposited money into my 1win account, and although the amount was immediately deducted from my bank, it never appeared in my 1win balance. I’ve repeatedly reached out to customer service, but they barely respond, and when they finally do, they give meaningless excuses or just ignore my concerns entirely. I've specifically asked for my money back, clearly stating that I’ll play elsewhere since they can't resolve such a basic issue. Yet, their customer service remains completely unresponsive.

The money we deposited is in agreement with 1 win and goes to the investment company accounts of some people who are members of the investment company, and even if you wait 1-7 days, they do not deposit the money because you cannot do anything. They blame the payment institution and say it is pending, but this is a pure lie. You have been deceived too, do not expect that money. Look, it has been exactly 8 days.
