1win Took My Deposit but Did Not Add It to My Balance

I deposited money into my 1win account, and although the amount was immediately deducted from my bank, it never appeared in my 1win balance. I’ve repeatedly reached out to customer service, but they barely respond, and when they finally do, they give meaningless excuses or just ignore my concerns entirely. I've specifically asked for my money back, clearly stating that I’ll play elsewhere since they can't resolve such a basic issue. Yet, their customer service remains completely unresponsive. This is totally unacceptable—my money is being held hostage, and 1win is refusing to help me or process my refund. 1win, either credit my deposit immediately or refund my money so I can use a more reliable site. Solve this problem urgently—I’ve had enough of your terrible service!
