On 31-05-2026 at around 10:10 pm, I made a UPI payment of 300 for a transaction involving Navi and 1win. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it was not credited to my 1win balance or anywhere else. When I contacted support, I was informed that the transaction of 300 was shown as “complete”. However, despite this status, the money has neither been deposited to my 1win account nor returned to my bank account. At the moment, I have lost 300 without receiving any service or refund. I request that this failed transaction be checked urgently and that my 300 be either immediately refunded to my bank account or properly credited to my 1win balance. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this issue occurred even though the transaction is marked as successful.
