On 15 February 2026 at around 12:22, I made a payment of ₹300 to 1win using QR payment through the Navi app. The amount was debited from my account, but it has not been credited to my 1win balance, nor has it been refunded back to my Navi account or bank. I tried to seek help and report this issue, but I did not receive any proper guidance or resolution from support. As of today, the ₹300 is still missing and the transaction remains unresolved. I request that this transaction be checked urgently, my missing ₹300 either be credited to my 1win account or refunded back to my original payment source, and that I be informed in writing of the action taken.
