1win Deposit Debited From SBI But Not Credited

Yesterday I deposited 1,000 INR into my 1win account (ID: 360577***) via mobile payment using my SBI bank account, but the money has not been credited to my 1win balance even though it has been debited from my bank. The transaction was completed successfully on the bank side, and the UTR number for this payment is 171094453390. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but they did not give me a clear or satisfactory explanation and my problem remains unresolved. The money is still missing from my bank account and has not appeared in my 1win balance. I request that the 1,000 INR related to this transaction be refunded immediately to my SBI bank account, or that the payment issue be resolved without any further delay. I expect a prompt investigation and a clear response regarding the status of this transaction.
