1win Payment Successful But Not Credited

I attempted to deposit 1000 Rs into my 1win account for the sports section on 4 April at around 1:00 pm via PhonePe. The amount was debited from my PhonePe account, but it has not been credited to my 1win account. The PhonePe transaction / UPI reference ID for this payment is T2604041239128915851360. I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any clear or satisfactory response, and the problem is still unresolved. I am requesting that the debited amount of 1000 Rs be refunded to my PhonePe account as soon as possible.
