I am writing to raise a concern about a football bet I placed on the 1win US platform on 27/02/2026 as part of a combined/accumulator bet. During the match I attempted to use the cashout feature, but I repeatedly received a system error and was unable to complete the cashout. Because of this ongoing error, I could not cash out at the time I wanted, and the cashout option eventually closed. I lost the chance to secure my winnings, and I believe I was disadvantaged by a technical issue on your side rather than by my own mistake or choice. I have not contacted your customer support yet, as I believe presenting the issue clearly here is the best first step. I kindly request that you review the logs and history for my account and this specific bet on 27/02/2026, especially the period when I tried to cash out and encountered the system error. As compensation for the lost cashout opportunity caused by the error, I am requesting 10,000 dollars, which reflects the amount I believe I should have been able to secure when I attempted to cash out. I ask that you investigate this matter urgently and inform me of your findings and the resolution as soon as possible.

This has been resolved. The withdrawal has been processed. Apparently, the delay was due to a request for ID verification, and the email went to my spam folder. Thanks
