I Face 1win Cash Out Not Working and Losing 2 Units on My Bet

I am experiencing a problem with the cash-out feature on my 1win account. On 10/12, while I had an active bet, I tried to use the cash-out option, but the button remained unresponsive and did not show any available cash-out amount. I refreshed the page, switched to the mobile app, and even changed networks, but the issue persisted only on the cash-out function, while other features of the platform were working normally. This problem was related to a bet with the ID 3421412323. Due to the fact that I could not cash out when I wanted to, I suffered an approximate loss of 2 units. I believe this loss occurred because I was prevented from securing my position at the time I attempted to cash out. I request that you compensate me for the missed cash-out loss resulting from this technical issue and that you thoroughly check and fix the cash-out function to prevent similar problems from happening again.

Support investigated and found that the live settlement service had briefly stopped updating cash-out values for certain markets. After restarting the module, the cash-out option became available again and functioned normally. They apologized for the disruption and applied a small goodwill credit to my account.
