1win Bet ID Wrongly Settled

I am writing regarding a wrongly settled Euroleague sports bet on 1win and I request an urgent manual review of bet ID 222714***. I followed the match on a popular live-score application on my phone, where the game ended 88–80, which makes a total of 168 points. Based on this score, my Over 165.5 bet should clearly be a winning bet. However, when I logged into my 1win account on April 1, my betting slip was marked with a red “X” and settled as “Lost,” showing a final score of 85–76, which is only 161 points. There is an obvious discrepancy between the score used by 1win to settle my bet and the score shown on the live-score source I was following. This situation creates the impression that points are being “removed” from the game in your system so that players lose their bets, which is unacceptable and severely undermines my trust in the platform. I request that you urgently carry out a manual review of bet ID 222714*** including verification of the official final score of the Bayern Munich – Fenerbahce Euroleague match, and correct the settlement of my bet accordingly. If the official result confirms that the total points were 168, I expect my bet to be recalculated as a win and my rightful winnings to be credited to my account without delay.
