1Win BTC Withdrawal Stuck

I am extremely annoyed with how 1win handles Bitcoin withdrawals. On February 25, 2026, at around 02:00 PM, I requested a withdrawal of $100.00 in BTC to my address (bc1qdct...e59z37e). In the app, the withdrawal is marked as “Successful,” but I still do not actually have the money in my wallet. When I checked the transaction on a blockchain explorer, it has been sitting with 0 confirmations for over a month. The reason is that 1win used a very low miner fee of around 12 sat/vB during a period when the Bitcoin network was heavily congested, so my transaction is stuck in the mempool and not being picked up by miners. If you offer BTC withdrawals, you must use dynamic and reasonable network fees so that transactions are confirmed in a timely manner. I request that you fix this issue by ensuring that my $100 BTC withdrawal is successfully confirmed and delivered to my wallet and that you adjust your fee policy so other customers do not face the same problem.
Hello! In order to check the details of your request and provide an accurate response, we need your account ID. Without this information, we cannot proceed with the verification process. Once we have your ID, our specialists will be able to review the situation and provide you with a response.

I have to give credit where it's due; their tech team went above and beyond here. I complained to their VIP live chat about the low network fee. Instead of giving me a generic "please wait for blockchain confirmations" response, a senior tech actually stepped in. Since they couldn't cancel the transaction, 1win paid out of their own pocket to submit my transaction ID to a premium BTC mining accelerator pool (ViaBTC). Within an hour, a miner prioritized my transaction, and my $100 finally got confirmed in my wallet. Absolutely top-tier customer service for doing that manually.
