1win Account Banned After KYC

I had my 1win main account banned right after completing the KYC process today at around 11:55, with the system stating that there was a “violation of clause 12.8.” Before the ban, I was only playing poker and winning, and I did not engage in any action that should violate the rules or terms of use. Following the ban, my 1win main account with ID 349172*** is now blocked and I cannot access or withdraw my funds. At the time of the ban, 49,000 was locked in my main balance and 6,100 was in withdrawal, and I have no access to either amount. I contacted 1win support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from them so far, and I have not been given any clear explanation about what clause 12.8 refers to or what I supposedly did wrong. I request that my full funds, including the 49,000 locked in my balance and the 6,100 pending withdrawal, be released and made available for withdrawal as soon as possible. I also expect a clear and transparent explanation about the reason for the ban and the alleged violation, based on clause 12.8, so that this issue can be resolved fairly.
