₹16,000 Missing After 1win IMPS Withdrawal to Axis Bank

Since March 25 at 7:32 PM, I have been facing an issue with a withdrawal from my 1win account. I requested a withdrawal of ₹16,000 via IMPS to my Axis Bank account. In the 1win application, the withdrawal is marked as “successfully completed,” but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I contacted 1win customer support through chat and explained that although the transaction shows as successful, the money has not been received in my Axis Bank account. Despite this, they have not resolved the issue and continue to delay without providing a clear solution or crediting my funds. I request that this IMPS withdrawal issue be urgently investigated and that the ₹16,000 either be credited to my Axis Bank account or reversed back to my 1win account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of where my money is and why a “successful” withdrawal has not reached my account.
