17Track Shows My Package in Transit, But It Never Arrived—No Tracking Updates

I ordered products from Alibaba, and according to 17Track, my package is still "in transit." However, nothing has arrived, and I have no idea where my order is.

The tracking system is completely unreliable, providing no real updates. I even contacted PTT, but they confirmed that there is no package under my name. So where did my shipment go?

This is frustrating and unacceptable. I expect 17Track and Alibaba to take responsibility and provide an actual solution. Who is going to fix this? Has anyone else experienced missing orders with no tracking updates? I need urgent assistance to locate my package or get a refund immediately!
