My Order Shipped from Hong Kong Disappeared in Ankara via 17track

I ordered shoes online that were shipped from Hong Kong, and I was provided with a tracking code on 17track to monitor my shipment. Everything seemed fine until the tracking showed the package had arrived in Ankara—then it mysteriously disappeared! I immediately filed a lost-package complaint through 17track, but now it’s been over 1.5 months with zero updates and zero support. Even worse, when I checked with PTT (the Turkish postal service), they had absolutely no record of this shipment. I'm beyond frustrated—my money (₺) is gone, my order has vanished, and nobody is responding. This complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. 17track, I demand you urgently find my shipment or arrange an immediate refund. Stop ignoring me and resolve this mess now!
