I Paid a High Price but Never Received My Order—17TRACK Shows False Delivery

I’ve been waiting for this order for nearly a month and a half. I paid a significant amount (₺), trusting the process and expecting proper delivery, but I feel completely scammed. According to the tracking information from a company called 17TRACK, my product has been marked as “delivered.” But there is no delivery, no courier, and absolutely no sign of the package ever arriving at my address.

I never received a call, a message, or a delivery attempt. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. There is no way to contact the shipping company directly, and there’s no proper support to help resolve the issue. I’ve basically been left in the dark after paying a large sum.

Where is my product? Why is the tracking status falsely updated to “delivered”? If this is some kind of delivery scam, the company I ordered from needs to take immediate responsibility and either provide a replacement or refund me in full. This experience has caused serious stress and frustration. I expect someone to step up and fix this now.
