I shipped an international package through 17Track, which was handed over to PTT Kargo in Turkey. According to tracking, my package arrived at Küçükçekmece center on 12/01/2024, but since then, I’ve received no updates, and my package is nowhere to be found. There’s been zero movement for weeks, and I have no idea who to contact for a resolution. I need urgent help—where exactly is my package, and when will I receive it? Who is responsible for this delay? 17Track and PTT need to provide a clear answer or tell me the exact steps to get my package. I need a response immediately!
