I Report 17TRACK Showing My ₺1,750 Shoe Order Delivered But I Never Received It

Through 17TRACK, I have been monitoring my shipment with tracking number KHY2280082077YQ. The system shows that it was delivered on August 29, 2025, but I absolutely did not receive the package, nor did any delivery reach me. My delivery address is Istanbul/Beşiktaş. The order number is #44b638-1163, and the product is a pair of shoes worth ₺1,750. The payment has already been received by you.

I attempted to contact your customer service team but was unable to reach anyone. I have never experienced such a problem before, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

I want to know exactly to whom, at which address, and how this shipment was marked as delivered. I request that my issue be resolved urgently, and that I either receive my product or proper compensation for the loss.
