I Face a Wrongful Ban on My 101 Okey Account for “Collusive Play”
Since Saturday, September 20, 2025, I’ve been unable to log into the 101 Okey app on my Android device using guest mode. Each time I try, I receive a message that says, “Your account has been banned due to collusive play.” However, I have never engaged in collusive or side-by-side play, and I’ve never received any prior warnings about this issue.
I also make regular in-app payments on my account. My player ID is 90071973300. I strongly believe my account was mistakenly banned, and I request a detailed review so that it can be reactivated.
I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my access to the game be restored.
