Tefal Travel Mug Lid Broken, No Spares Available!

My Tefal Travel Mug Easy Twist Grip Thermos, which holds 0.36 liters, has a damaged silicone lid, and I can't find any replacement parts for it. I find it disappointing that a well-known company such as Tefal does not provide sufficient spare part support. Customer service has verified that spare parts are not available for any component of the thermos. Dealing with problems related to products bought from Tefal can shake confidence and make one hesitant about buying from them again. Although I used to suggest this product to others, my viewpoint has shifted due to this situation.
