I Face Unfair Rank Drop on Zula Despite No Rule Violation

I play Zula competitively and last night I logged off my account at Diamond 99 rank. However, when I logged in today, I was shocked to see that my competitive rank had suddenly dropped to Gold 65. I did not use any cheats, nor did I engage in any behavior that would justify a rank reset or penalty.

It takes a huge amount of effort and dedication to climb the competitive ranks in Zula, and seeing my hard-earned progress wiped out overnight has caused me great frustration and disappointment. I put countless hours into improving my skills and fairly reaching Diamond, only for my efforts to be erased without explanation.

I am requesting the immediate restoration of my original Diamond 99 rank and a clear explanation of why this issue occurred. Players should not lose their progress due to system errors or unexplained penalties. I expect Zula’s support team to resolve this matter quickly and protect the efforts of fair players like myself.
