Ziraat Bankası Gave Me an Incomplete Account Statement for My Visa Application
For my visa application, I requested an account statement from Ziraat Bank Mustafakemalpaşa Bursa Branch. However, the document they provided had neither a date nor a signature circular, making it completely unusable. When I pointed this out, the staff showed no concern and acted as if it wasn’t their problem. The employees at the branch were unmotivated and indifferent, spreading negative energy. Instead of helping customers, they seemed more interested in avoiding work. I will never use Ziraat Bank again. A document like this would never be accepted, and I now have to go through extra hassle to get the correct paperwork. Such irresponsibility is unacceptable—no private bank treats its customers this way. I am truly disappointed and believe that every institution should be privatized to ensure better service.
